We Want To Know What You Think
Your satisfaction is important to us. To ensure that our shop keeps getting better, we use the Performance Feedback System. It’s our way of measuring what you think of our service. The Performance Feedback System:
- Documents customer comments, both positive and negative
- Allows us to measure our performance against peer shops
- Enables us to reward specific employees for a job well done
- Collects information to foster healthy relationships between the body shops, customers and insurers
